Follow this recipe to make make delicious fresh gluten free herb and sesame pull apart bread.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon each dried basil, oregano and thyme
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 Well and Good Crusty Bread Mix
- 1/4 cup dairy free margarine
Method
- Make bread dough as directed on packet. Cut into 12 pieces
- In a small bowl, mix chives and parsley. In another bowl, mix basil, oregano and thyme and sesame seeds. In a greased fluted tube pan, sprinkle 1 ¼ tablespoon sesame seed mix and 2 tablespoons fresh herbs
- Arrange 6 dough pieces over herbs. Sprinkle with 1 ¼ tablespoon sesame seeds mix, 2 tablespoons of the fresh herbs. Drizzle with one-third of the Dairy free margarine. Repeat layers. Arrange remaining rolls over top; drizzle with remaining dairy free margarine. Refrigerate, covered, 40minutes.
- Preheat oven to 175°C. Bake rolls, uncovered, 20 minutes. Cover loosely with foil; bake until golden brown, 20 minutes longer. Cool in pan 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate. Serve warm.
