At Well and Good, we believe everyone deserves to enjoy great food.

Since 2005, we’ve been creating delicious gluten free and allergy-friendly food for people who shouldn’t have to miss out because of dietary needs. From family favourites to everyday baking essentials, everything we make starts with one simple idea: food should taste good, no matter what’s left out.

Well and Good began with Managing Director Sam Barak in a converted family garage. Alongside Technical Director Mark Tunchon, Sam spent those early days developing recipes, baking, testing and building the foundations of the business.

A lot has changed since then.

Today, Well and Good is one of Australia’s leading gluten free food manufacturers, with a dedicated team continually developing new products, improving recipes and finding better ways to make gluten free food everyone can enjoy.
