Method

  1. In a bowl combine the coconut cream and the Self Raising Flour using a wooden spoon.
  2. Turn out onto a bench and light kneed to bring together.
  3. Press the dough out to be approximately 2.5cm thick and cut out using a round cutter.
  4. Place into the air fryer and brush the top with the extra coconut cream.
  5. Cook at 160 degrees for 30 minutes.
