We bring to the Party

You bring to the party

  • 2 Medium eggs
  • 1 cup (250mL) water
  • 2/3 cup (170mL) oil
  • 1 cup of your favourite fruit
  • Muffin Patty Pans

Method

1. Preheat your oven to 195°C (180°C fan-forced)
Grease or line (patty pans) a 12-cup muffin tin.

2. in a large bowl combine muffin mix, eggs, water and oil, stir with a wooden spoon or an electric hand mixer on low until all ingredients are incorporated and fold in your favourite filling. Pour batter into prepared baking tin.

3. Stick your creation in the oven for 20 minutes. Once baked, gently remove from the baking tray and allow to cool on a wire rack; get artsy and doll up those muffin tops!

5. Eat it, eat it all.

Vegans, REJOICE!

You’re invited to this party, too. Simply replace 2 eggs with 1 teaspoon of GF baking powder and 1 mashed banana (The banana isn’t overpowering and you can still add your favourite flavour), alternatively, this product works just as well with egg replacer.
