Gluten Free Club Sandwich

This towering triple-decker is a café classic made better with the nutty flavour and soft texture of our Buckwheat & Chia Bread. Crisp bacon, juicy tomato, tender chicken, and creamy mayo come together in layers you’ll want to dive right into—perfect for a hearty lunch or an indulgent weekend treat.

We used our Buckwheat and Chia Bread Mix for this creation, our Crusty Bread Mix is also perfect for this recipe.

Makes 1 sandwich (cut into 4 triangles)

Club Sandwich Recipe

 

Ingredients

  • 3 slices Well and Good Buckwheat & Chia Bread
  • Mayonnaise
  • 2 leaves iceberg lettuce
  • 2 slices roast chicken breast
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 slices crispy bacon
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1 slice tasty cheese

Assembly

  1. Toast all three bread slices until golden.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice.
  3. Layer 1 (bottom): Bread, lettuce, chicken, salt & pepper.
  4. Add middle slice, mayo side down. Spread top side with mayo.
  5. Layer 2: Bacon, tomato, cheese.
  6. Top with final slice, mayo side down.
  7. Gently press, then cut diagonally twice to create 4 stacked triangles.
  8. Secure each with a skewer and serve with chips and pickles.
