An artisan olive bread that has a crusty exterior and soft interior filled with olives. This is an unsliced loaf that has been par-baked so that all you need to do is pop it in the oven to finish the cooking process.

Each olive loaf is 500g.

When you receive the bread, store in the freezer until required to maintain freshness. You can rejuvenate this bread like magic by baking it in a 180°C oven for about 10 minutes.

Ingredients: Corn Starch, Thickeners (non GMO Modified Tapioca and Corn Starch, Methylcellulose, Xanthan Gum), Water, Olives (15.8%) Potato Starch, Vegetable Oil (from Canola, Palm), Yeast, Sugar, Psyllium Husk, Raising Agent(Sodium Bicarbonate), Acidity Regulator (Glucono Delta Lactone), Iodised Salt, Buckwheat Flour, Flaxseed Flour, Vinegar, Spirulina Vegetable Emulsifier (Mono and di glycerides of Fatty Acids).
