ciabatta1. Ciabatta Roll

A white roll which originated from Italy in response to the popularity of French baguettes. Perfect for sandwiches or sliced on an angle and served with olive oil and salt for dipping.

A long roll with a crisp crust originating from France. Delicious as a sub filled with fresh meats and salad or in smaller round bite sizes spread with butter or margarine.

A bread originating from Poland which has a characteristic donut ring shape. Delicious served warm and smothered with cream cheese or cheese and Italian meats.

challah4. Challah

A delicious Jewish sweet bread eaten on Sabbath and Jewish holidays. This bread has a characteristc braided look and is fantastic with a smear of butter or served as French toast.

pita5. Pita Bread

A soft, slightly leavened bread originating in the Near East. Ideal for kids lunches as a wrap or pita pocket filled with nutritional fillings; as a pizza base; or cut into pieces and served with hummus, olive oil and feta dip.
