Our sourdough bread is gluten free and a good source of dietary fibre, promoting positive digestive health.

The bread is made from a thriving gluten-free sourdough starter that uses brown rice flour. It has been traditionally fermenting for over three years. Nurtured daily, our sourdough is rich with gut-loving friendly bacteria.


Ingredients: Gluten Free Flour Blend (Corn Starch, Tapioca Starch, Buckwheat Flour, Flaxseed Flour, Rice Flour, Sorghum Flour,Fermented Brown Rice, Psyllium Husk, Thickeners (Powdered Cellulose, Xantham Gum)), Water, Sunflower Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, lodised Salt, Aluminium-Free Baking Powder, Sourdough Culture (Lactobacillus bacteria).
