Gluten Free Choc Chip Cookies

Choc chip cookies are a real crowd pleaser. I’m not talking about those ones bought at the supermarket. I mean the homemade ones filled with delicious dark choc chips – they’re soft in the middle and crispy on the outside and one is usually not enough.

Dunking Choc Chip Cookie Into Milk

There are dozens of recipes that create amazing choc chip cookies. But most of these are not gluten free. What we offer in this recipe is a gluten free chocolate chip cookie that’s as good, if not better, than traditional cookies.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Well and Good Choc Chip Cookie Mix
  • 25mL (1 tbsp) cold water
  • 100g (3.52oz) butter, room temperature

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 160°C fan-forced (320°F). Grease and line a baking tray.
  2. Combine all ingredients with clean hands to form a smooth dough. Do not use an electric mixer.
  3. Divide the dough into about 12–15 even-sized balls and press lightly. Leave enough space between balls for spreading.
  4. Place on prepared baking tray and bake for 15–16 minutes. When baked, let cookies cool on a wire rack.
