This will be a quick blog that get’s straight to the point. No waffle.
Waffles have a long history – the first recipe was recorded way back in the late 14th Century in France. The first version was seasoned with wine but didn’t contain any leavening. These original waffles, therefore, didn’t have the rise that the waffles have these days. And they certainly didn’t contain all the magical ingredients we’ve included in our latest recipe for gluten free waffles.

Our new recipe uses flours from the Well and Good Raw Range so you’re not only eating gluten free, you’re also getting the goodness of extra protein and fiber. Adding chilli, lime and coriander you’re getting a flavour burst that will keep you coming back for more!
