Corn and Quinoa Waffles
This will be a quick blog that get’s straight to the point. No waffle.

corn and quinoa wafflesWaffles have a long history – the first recipe was recorded way back in the late 14th Century in France. The first version was seasoned with wine but didn’t contain any leavening. These original waffles, therefore, didn’t have the rise that the waffles have these days. And they certainly didn’t contain all the magical ingredients we’ve included in our latest recipe for gluten free waffles.
